Intelligent Retrieval for Great Britain
Since 2005, knowlegde updates are available on a regular basis,
approximately every three months. These updates are available for
Intelligent Retrieval 4.2.0 and newer versions.
Depending on the platform and codepage you are using, the
following updates are available:
Examples of new items that have been added to the knowledge can
be found in the version.txt contained in your download.
Remarks
- When you use FTP to transfer the knowledge update to your
server, you have to transfer the update in binary
mode!
- On IBM iSeries (AS/400) the knowledge files need to be
converted to *USRSPC. For this purpose the program HITABLD is
available. Please download the ZIP-file with this conversion tool
and documentation.
- When you use Name/IT as well, you only have to download a
knowledge update for one product. Name/IT and Intelligent Retrieval
are using the same knowledge.
- Please check the document "Knowledge Update" for more
information about the installation of the updates.
- Please contact the helpdesk about missing first names, surnames
etc., so we can update our knowledge as soon as possible.
