Name cleansing and corrections

The names of people, companies and organizations are the most identifying elements when communicating with prospects and customers. Yet we get them mixed up all the time. With data quality for Salesforce it feels like you know all the names by heart and are unable to misspell them. Now the correct letters are capitalized on the fly and suggested names are provided to the user automatically. This saves you lots of time and embarrassing and expensive mistakes. Learn more

Address checks

Having the correct address details is essential in order to segment, send invoices or execute a direct mail campaign. Easily validate, standardize and correct address information with data quality for Salesforce. Now you have correct addresses for 240 countries around the world. Learn more

E-mail validation and Suggestion

During the input process the e-mail address is automaticaly validated. While checking the address for structure and syntax, an additional check informs you if the domain name is valid and if more frequent names could be considered. This way you prevent the accidental or deliberate entering of incorrect data.

Phone cleansing

Data quality for Salesforce provides phone number checking, parsing and formatting out of the box! Make sure that the numbers you have match with the countries your contacts live in. You can also enrich your data with more information about the phone numbers, such as line type (mobile, fax etc.) and correctly formatted country and regional prefix codes.

Batch duplicate detection and merge

Many of your customers appear in your system more than once. No one wants to take the time to personally check if a contact already exists before entering a new one. That's why data quality for Salesforce does the checking for you, and comes up with lists of potential duplicates for leads and contacts, even if the name is spelled differently e.g. Pharan and Farran.
