Data of high quality is complete, correct, up-to-date and unique. To ensure your data is up-to-date and complete, reference data is required. Reference data integration is done for several reasons:
- Add records to complete the coverage of the customer data set by matching to a relevant data universe (e.g. add prospect data).
- Add fields to complete records that have missing information (e.g. add phone numbers)
- Check validity of the entered data against a reference source (e.g. check Company Registration No.)
- Update customer information (move, job change, decease)
- Get additional status information (e.g. credit rating)
HIquality Enrich completes and verifies records with external data. This reference data can come from different sources and in various formats. Human Inference cooperates with data suppliers to create integrated solutions.
