Capgemini and Human Inference join forces in creating a single customer view

Inference, one of Europe's leading organizations in the area of
data quality solutions, today announced that they have entered into
an alliance that aims to create a single customer view for larger
enterprises with complex database structures. The new alliance
fills a growing need for reliable solutions in the field of Master
Data Management (MDM) for customer data. The alliance brings
together the strengths of the HIquality Total Data Quality
Management platform and the Capgemini consultancy expertise.
A single customer view helps enterprises to achieve better up- and
cross selling results. From a risk management perspective,
screening customers at acceptance (and periodically afterwards)
using sanction lists published by governing authorities becomes
increasingly important. The basis for both issues is the same:
correct and unique customer data.
As a result of the alliance enterprises in need of a single
customer view can benefit from one integrated approach that
consists of Capgemini data migration services and the Human
Inference solutions regarding validation, cleansing and
deduplication of customer databases. Human Inference has hundreds
of global customers who rely on its solution for their data quality
and customer data integration (MDM FOR CUSTOMER DATA). Capgemini
complements Human Inference with additional customer services such
as data analysis, data migration and cleansing.
