Human Inference and venture capital funds Gimv and Iris Capital agreed on a management buy-out in April 2007. Through this transaction both parties continue to work on strengthening the market position of Human Inference. Both investors supports the management of Human Inference in their ambition to further expand its leadership position as a solid European software supplier.

Gimv

Gimv is a listed European investment company with more than 28 years of experience in private equity and venture capital. Gimv's local buyout teams target small to medium sized companies in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany. In technology businesses Gimv provides venture capital to help startups expand or internationalise. Venture capital investments are made in Life Sciences, Technology and Cleantech.

Iris Capital
