Insurance group Achmea has prolonged its license for using Human Inference data quality software for another three years. Achmea, the largest insurance group of the Netherlands, serves almost six million relations with all-care financial products. The insurance group uses a large part of the HIquality Product Suite of Human Inference within the different brands, such as Centraal Beheer, Interpolis, Zilveren Kruis, FBTO and Avéro Achmea,. These brands have their own customer administrations within which the Human Inference software ensures the quality of customer data.
Achmea is currently researching the possibilities for maintaining the customer data centrally. This also includes quality management of customer data and, next to efficiency, brings new commercial insights and customer knowledge in particular. The prolongation of the agreement with Human Inference fits in this strategy as well: it offers Achmea the opportunity to implement central data quality services within the insurance group.
