Oxxio improves efficiency by using Human Inference software

Energy supplier Oxxio has selected the HIquality Product Suite of Human Inference to further improve the quality of data within the company. By means of an integrated data quality approach and improvement of data streams Oxxio can realize its customer driven, ambitious growth objectives even better.


The liberalization of the utilities market requires a lot of the administrative services of utility companies. The DTe (part of the NMA, supervising authority of competition), for instance, has determined that final payments need to be processed quicker as a result of an increasing number of customers that switch to competing energy suppliers. Next to sharp energy prices, customer service and customer centricity are very important for the appeal and the image of an energy supplier.


All customer data need to be both reliable and exchangeable, for which an optimized data management system is absolutely essential. Oxxio can process all customer data correctly at entry and process them very quickly and efficiently by using the data quality firewall of Human Inference. With this solution, Oxxio has chosen an approach in which prevention and monitoring of data quality are key. This improves both Oxxio´s customer service and the efficiency of its business processes.
