Univé has extended its contract with Human Inference, supplier of data quality software, with the products HIquality Inspect and HIquality Transform. The implementation of this software helps the insurance company to increase the data quality of its commercial information system.
Univé has used the software of Human Inference since 1997. To optimize the quality of the customer and prospect database two new products from the HIquality Product Suite were purchased. HIquality Inspect is applied to measure the quality of the source data, and HIquality Transform is used to filter data and automatically convert incorrect input data to the right values. Univé already chose for HIquality Identify, HIquality Name and HIquality Address to search intelligently for existing relations in their customer database, deduplicate customer data, improve names and standardize addresses.
Univé uses almost the entire HIquality Product Suite in their processes so that both a unique view of their customers as well as high-level communication with them are attained. Ad Renne, Team Manager responsible for the quality of relationship data at Univé: "Human Inference is an important partner who supports us not only in bringing our relationship data quality to a high level but also in maintaining this level. This is essential to Univé."
Hans Ruigrok, Vice President Sales at Human Inference: 'The extension of the contract with HIquality Inspect and HIquality Transform is a confirmation of the good results we achieved in the past. Due to the addition of these products, Univé is able to improve the quality of their relationship data. This will raise efficiency and decrease costs.'
