Customer needs in sharp focus

Systematic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is important. But it is also expensive. Independent opticians, unlike international chains of opticians, seldom have the means to implement costly CRM programmes. But now, thanks to a customer loyalty initiative hosted by T-Systems, independent retailers also have an affordable way to keep track of the needs of their customers and meet them in a targeted way.
