Web seminar - the business impact of CDD

15 November 2006

What is the impact of compliance and customer due diligence within an organization and how will this be translated into the business context?

Bookkeeping scandals and the threats of terror have led to laws and regulations, making board members accountable for the accuracy and transparency of business operations. This has made the quality of data a boardroom issue. Both the quality of data and the adherence to corporate policy surrounding it have to be measurable and auditable.

Human Inference, in cooperation with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), organizes a web seminar on this important topic.

Gerard Struijf, Senior Manager CRM at PwC, will explain the impact of compliance within PwC. Customer intimacy, client identification, independency checks and other compliance issues will be explained to gain insight in the application of the business context within PwC.

After that, Holger Wandt, Principal Advisor for Human Inference, will elaborate on the data quality aspects of customer due diligence. The execution of the data quality strategy in the CDD context will be explained through the example of matching against suspect-lists.

The web seminar will take place on Wednesday November 15 from 10.30 till 11.15 GMT/ 11.30 till 12.15 GMT+1.
