During the 20th Anniversary Conference focusing on customer centricity on November 7, 2006 in Amsterdam issues were addressed such as the need to comply with rules and regulations; customer insight and operational excellence determine the way we have to handle data in an organization. Customer centricity is therefore in the center of the attention these days. This is why Human Inference has chosen exactly this theme to be the focus of our 20th anniversary conference. In addition to the conference an exciting evening program is planned to celebrate our 20th anniversary.
The participants have been able to gain insight in current techniques, such as Customer Data Integration (CDI) and Master Data Management (MDM), that enable a customer centric approach. Not only provided by Human Inference, but also by a number of speakers from the field and the industry. For those embarking on a CDI or MDM initiative this was an opportunity to learn from best practices and listen to industry experts who shared their experiences. And last but not least, it was a great opportunity to interact with 'colleagues' in the field facing the same challenges.
The conference included a full day of CDI-MDM sessions including breakout sessions on the powerful driving forces behind customer centricity such as compliance, customer insight and operational excellence. The program included multiple tracks brought by suppliers in the customer centricity space, a keynote speaker from the industry and best practice sessions by customers and partners.
